Videos and Digital Packs: Due to the intangible nature of our products, no refunds will be granted once the download link or access to the content has been used. Therefore, as soon as you access your video or files, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal.

The digital file is defective or corrupted (after technical verification by our team).
A technical error on our part prevented access to the purchased content.
The request is made before any download or viewing of the content, and within a maximum period of 14 days following the purchase.
