GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND USE

Article 1 – Description of services The sole proprietorship Loïc GRIGNON, trading under the commercial name CREER SON SITE INTERNET, and operating the trademark ATLASUP, offers two distinct types of video capture and editing services:

1. “Personalized Tracking” services (By reservation)

  • Terms: These services require prior reservation by the client via the dedicated form on the website.

  • Process: After discussing the client’s needs, a validation is agreed upon. Capture is performed on the day of the event by the service provider within a defined scope (from the starting line to the finish arch).

  • Delivery: Video editing is performed post-event and delivered according to the deadlines agreed upon at the time of reservation.

2. “Spontaneous Capture” services (Direct purchase)

  • Terms: These services concern runners filmed incidentally along the course.

  • Process: During the event, the client receives a physical ticket containing a unique QR code. It is the client’s responsibility to visit the website and use this code to identify their footage.

  • Delivery: The client then chooses and purchases the video pack corresponding to their needs on the site. Editing is performed based on the identified footage and delivered digitally after payment validation.

Article 3 – Image rights and privacy In the context of “Spontaneous Capture” services, the client is informed that filming may take place on public roads or during sporting events. By purchasing a video pack on the website www.atlasup360.com, the client accepts that images of them may be processed and edited by the company for the purpose of providing the service. However, the client retains the right to object to the commercial use of their image by sending a written request to contact@atlasup360.com. In such cases, the relevant images will be removed or anonymized by the company as soon as possible.

Article 4 – Right of withdrawal In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of services fully executed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose execution has begun after the consumer’s prior express agreement. By confirming their order and accepting these T&Cs, the client expressly acknowledges that the provision of the video editing service begins immediately after order validation and thus waives their right of withdrawal.

General Terms of Use (GTU) Use of the website www.atlasup360.com implies full and unconditional acceptance of the general terms of use described below. These terms of use may be modified or supplemented at any time, without notice.
