1. Digital Products and Downloadable Content In accordance with current legislation on digital content, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once access to the product (downloading or streaming of the video) has begun with your prior agreement.

• Videos and Digital Packs: Due to the immediate and intangible nature of our products, no refunds will be granted once the download link or access to the content has been used.

2. Exceptional Refund Conditions We attach great importance to our customers’ satisfaction. A refund may be considered exclusively in the following cases:

• The digital file is defective or corrupted (after verification by our technical team).
• A technical error on our part has prevented access to the purchased content.
• The request is made before any download or viewing, within 14 days of purchase.

• The detailed reason for your request.

4. Processing Times If your request is approved, the refund will be made to your original method of payment (PayPal or Credit Card) within 5 to 10 business days.
